We ship to all provinces and territories of Canada, to the United States and to Mexico. We do not ship outside these three countries at this time.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. We dispatch within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are processed on the next business day.

• Canada: 5 to 10 business days
• United States: 7 to 14 business days
• Mexico: 10 to 20 business days

These are carrier estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Remote and northern postal codes may take longer.

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is picked up by the carrier. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.

Orders shipped to the United States or Mexico may be subject to import duties, taxes or brokerage fees charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.

Please check your shipping address before completing your order. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or because it went unclaimed, we refund the item value but not the original shipping cost. Re-shipping is charged at the normal rate.

If your parcel arrives damaged, email us photographs within 48 hours of delivery. If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
