Shipping and Delivery

We ship to Canada, the United States and Mexico only. Orders are dispatched from Surrey, BC within 1–3 business days. Estimated transit time after dispatch is 5–10 business days within Canada, 7–14 business days to the United States and 10–20 business days to Mexico. Shipping is charged at $9.99 to Ontario, $15.99 to the rest of Canada, $18.99 to the United States and $24.99 to Mexico, and is free on orders over $165 (CAD). Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and may vary depending on location and carrier service; we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition and includes all original tags and packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
